We’re on Astrospheric!
The app provides location specific advanced weather tools for professional astronomers and astrophotographers in North America and supports hundreds of astronomical societies with tools that help members stay connected.
You will notice that we have added the Astrospheric weather forecast to almost every page on our website, allowing visitors to quickly and easily see the forecast for our observatory in Flamborough.
Furthermore, we have also established our own “Subspace” page in the Astrospheric App! When you join our club’s Subspace page you’ll automatically get access to the Society version of the app which provides a number of enhancements over the basic subscription.
To join:
1) Download the app from the Apple (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/astrospheric/id1166046863) or Google Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.astrospheric.dfior.astrospheric&pli=1)
2) Click the ‘Join Group’ button
3) Scroll to and select ‘Hamilton Royal Astronomical Society of Canada’.
4) Your membership will be approved shortly.
