December’s Orbit Now Available

It is the last month of the year, and Roger has put together the last Orbit publication for the year. Roger has also announced that he will hold another course for newbies interested in astronomy in the New Year. The NOVA course is well worth your time if you want to learn more about the night sky.

This month’s edition includes an article from Jeff Booth looking back at one of his first attempts at astrophotography. Now, 20 years later, he has used tools that have since become available to touch up his work.

Orbit also includes a fascinating article about building giant telescopes, and a review of our November monthly meeting.

The latest version is now available here, but as always, is available at the beginning of the month to all Hamilton RASC members via the Forum!
