RASC Turns 150!

On December 1, 1868, eight gentlemen got together in Toronto, Ontario and formed The Toronto Astronomical Club.  Within a few months, they became The Toronto Astronomical Society and later The Astronomical and Physical Society of Toronto.  In 1903, the organization became the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.

For more information about the history of the club, please see this article wishing the society a Happy Birthday.
